
Fair Park South Dallas District
In 2021, Fair Park First secured a cultural district designation for Fair Park and South Dallas from the Texas Commission on the Arts. The Fair Park South Dallas District (FPSDD) is a 2-square-mile hub of history, culture, and connectivity made up of neighborhoods including Expo Park, Jubilee Park, and the South Boulevard-Park Row Historic District, among others. Offering easy access to highways, light rail, and biking trails like the Santa Fe Trail, FPSDD is a central destination for arts, events, and community in Dallas. It is home to notable cultural attractions and landmarks including Fair Park, the Juanita J. Craft House, Ochre House Theater, the South Dallas Cultural Center, and The Forest Theatre.
