Kimberly Shaw is Founder/CEO of Just Call Shaw, a Real Estate Brokerage serving families and businesses across North Texas. She is also a consultant in the areas of Real Estate, Pre-Construction, Construction, and allied industries. Kimberly stays connected to the community and proudly serves on the Boards of Fair Park First, I AM A Golfer Foundation at Cedar Crest Golf Course and M4C Foundation.  

Formerly, President of RBCA and RBCA Community Development Corporation, she has worked with elected officials, institutions, and CEO’s to advance inclusion and equity in contracting. Her knowledge of the construction industry and advocacy for building capacity has opened doors for businesses across the region and she continues to be a voice at the tables she’s invited to sit at. In partnership with City of Dallas, Dallas County and Dallas College she helped build programs in the Southern Dallas Community centered around returning citizens and “second chance” workforce development, senior citizen home repair, scholarships, and outreach to rehabilitation facilities.  

Loyalty to God, Family, and serving the community is paramount to her being and her precious free time is spent with family and close friends. Kimberly enjoys traveling, learning new things and physical fitness. She is a proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University.
