Park Attendant

Carla Lopez is a Park Attendant at Fair Park, where she helps create an engaging and welcoming environment for visitors. She assists with community programming efforts and actively engages with parkgoers to make their experience more enjoyable. Recently, she has taken on additional responsibilities at the Visitor Center providing administrative assistance as well as greeting guests during office hours.

Carla is a pre-business major at the University of North Texas and a proud graduate of Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School. She is currently exploring different areas of business to determine her future career path. Her work at Fair Park has allowed her to develop valuable skills in community engagement, event coordination, and customer service, all of which she hopes to apply in her professional journey.
