In this unique class, you'll learn various hula hoop techniques, tricks, and mesmerizing moves. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hooper, our talented instructor will guide you through a dynamic and energetic session. Hooping is not only a great way to stay active, but it's also a fantastic stress-reliever and a form of creative expression.
