Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center
The Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center at Fair Park is a state-of-the-art multi-use facility located in the Agrarian District of the park.
Completed in September 2017, the BCLC is the newest building constructed at Fair Park and the first since 1993. The BCLC is a proud recipient of the Silver LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The two-story facility includes 11,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space, an auction arena with theater-style seating, pre-function areas, a banquet that can be subdivided into three areas and meeting space. The building has the capacity for 400 guests.
